Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 24h of receiving your order. Please follow the guidelines below to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning the item, please contact our customer support team at the following phone number: 81/350 728. Inform them of your intent to return the product and provide your order number for reference.

  2. Item Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

  5. Return Timeframe: Your return must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return.

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, we offer store credit or an exchange for eligible returned items. The store credit can be used to purchase another item from our store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after receipt.

  • Items that have no damage when received
